Basic Basic

Bring on the hate!

Selling/supporting Linux for people that cannot even spell Linux, my rules;

I suggest stability versus security, i.e. playing the odds

I suggest commenting out everything in /etc/apt/sources.list , no updates = no chance of things randomly breaking.

Then charging 2-4 times a year for patching/updates and the possible aftermath that can ensue.

Part of the reason for this is even program changes could send the customers into a tailspin of hate.

Sending e-mails anonymously isn’t something most of us need to – or should – do. But there are times when something needs sending sans social awkwardness, or free from repercussion.
