I have been listening to the podnutz network for a long time. Love the shows that are here now and miss some of the ones that have pod-faded.(Phili-tech guys)
Door- a long while ago when you had your Linux video series out, I bought it and watched every show. learned some things and even had on old PC running mint. Now here is where I want the recommendation:
I want to build my own machine and install a distro. My needs are simple. this machine will be used to surf, do email (Thunderbird), I even toyed with the idea of having a mail server since I have a domain. the standard things like Libre office would also be among my list of installed programs.. What kind of resources are we talking about? (CPU/ram etc) Any suggestions on a distro?Pete
