HP 510 Laptop:
This is the laptop that I erased/overwrote all of his data.
It still was not booting properly.
Would stick on the HP screen.
Replacing the processor solved the booting issue.
Now the wireless card would not find a signal.
Had to enable the wireless in the bios.
Dell Desktop with BSOD:
“IRQ not less or equal than”
Repalced RAM. Fixed.
No run box in Vista?
Hold down the Windows button on your keyboard
and hold down r to get the run box in Vista.

a computer is running. Not CPU speed but system speed.
I want something like this to show system improvements
after a computer is cleaned and optimized.
Too many factors to test and there is no general speed.
I suggest using a stopwatch.
