GSuite Business and Enterprise Customers:

Login –> Apps –> Gmail –> Safety & Advanced Sections

  • Here you can adjust delivery and reception conditions as well as whitelist domains.

Make sure your domain has an SPF record and it is correct (this is the minimum).

  • SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is a way for Internet Service Providers to verify that a mail server (IP address) is authorized to send email for a specific domain.  (https://dmarcian.com/what-is-spf/)
